We want you to be comfortable ordering footwear from WEARNETS. This policy explains our returns and refunds process and does not affect your statutory rights.

14-Day Cancellation Right

For eligible online purchases, you may notify us that you wish to cancel within 14 days after receiving your order. After notifying us, you normally have a further 14 days to return the goods.

Trying On Shoes

You may inspect and try footwear on indoors in the same way you reasonably would in a shop. Please avoid wearing shoes outdoors while deciding whether to keep them. Returned products should include their original packaging where reasonably possible.

Change-of-Mind Returns

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless we state otherwise.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your footwear arrives faulty, damaged, not as described or you receive the wrong item, contact us promptly with your order details. Your rights under UK consumer law may include repair, replacement, price reduction or refund depending on the circumstances.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be returned using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. Where required by law, the basic standard delivery charge paid for the original order will also be refunded. Additional delivery costs chosen above the least expensive standard option may not be refundable.

How to Start a Return

Email info@wearnets.com with your order number, the item you wish to return and the reason for return. We will provide the relevant return instructions.
